- Returns must be unused and unopened.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received, but once received every effort must be made to handle the refund same day.
- All refunds require RMA.
- Disposition of unopened refunded products to be decided.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for all product returns.
If your product was purchased through a 3rd party distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Damage During Shipping
We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
